Kepler is also another interesting location. It is located North West of and next to The Sea of Insularum.

USGS Map I-355

It is west of Crater Copernicus and Reinhold.

Insularum consists of many bright RAYS or Ray Systems. This is perhaps the best location of Leonard's Lunar Domes, which are situated north of Crater Hortensius. Other domes lay west about the Crater Milichius and can be seen with a telescope. Leonard says that these SPRAY Craters are always associated with "CROSSES".,

"Outside almost every crater being sprayed out, a gleaming CROSS can be seen abutting the rim. Possibly every spray crater has a cross..."Leonard. p. 132, photo. 67-H-201,

Notice what Leonard says is a CROSS shape sitting next the Crater Kepler. His drawings help to mold the mind to see what is supposedly in the photo.

Other photos reveal just about as much, which is very little.

The angle is very oblique and raises questions as to whether the shape is actually a CROSS or is a physical anomaly caused by surface shape and angle distortion, a regular shadow and light play in the NASA Moon Missions photos. These examples of LATIN CROSSES, he says, are not LATIN or CELTIC, but intersect exactly in the middle, and are usually TIPPED on one end with one end sticking up into the air at an angle, suggesting an (ALIEN?) artificial placement. No natural Lunar BLOB would place itself in such a position, at least according to Leonard. He also says there are other crosses of different shapes on the Moon. QUOTE: "IT (the Moon) ABOUNDS WITH THEM." Near Kepler, on the LIP of Kepler, there is A CROSS, as the above photos show. It is 4 miles long, and raised at one end up 1/2 mile. It is in a triangle or square area and looks ROMAN.

Leonard. Drawings,

But, what are these CROSSES? Can we really say they are artificial FIRST, before we investigate whether there is some easy natural cause for their design? What does NASA or Lunar geographers say they are. If we enlarge the 67-H-201 photo what we really finally SEE is just an illusion.

Look closely at the shape of the DIRT MOUND or odd shaped BLOB. If appears that it is just a Crater EJECTA MASS, mostassuredly ejected out by one of the surrounding craters. After all, the area is WELL KNOW to be strewn with CRATER RAYS. Therefore, it is more probable that this is some sort of BLOB or EJECTA MASS rather than an artificially designed CROSS of monument. IF we care to look at the Gazetteer’s reproduction of the Kepler area the Kepler area, we will actually see the extent of crater "ejecta" and what it looks like from an aerial view. Crater Kepler has spewed out ejecta in ALL directions, and any form and shape can happen when it all comes dropping down; some masses falling upon others causing odd clusters, which SEEN from an angle can LOOK like an artificial construction.
